
Cuesta del Sol Condominiums is a multi-phase development located in David, Panama, that will appeal to clients looking for a secure adult living complex. Concept plans were designed by Bob Gair and Bob Reichert and have been architecturally modified by local David architects. Our floor plans are contemporary and condos feature a traditional external appearance. All condos are single level for convenient access.
Our properties are located near the edge of the city and are close to David town center. A treed country side and mountain view in the distance give a lovely rural aspect to the location. Nearby are many local conveniences and major shopping within one-half mile.
Phase III units will employ the M2 Panel Construction System of masonry house building and feature custom tinted windows and insulated roofing covered in fiber-cement panels.
